Enquiries are welcomed from outlying BC areas. Travel may be considered. Internet makes distance & in absentia business easier. Remote areas without the services of Designers, Decorators or Home Staging services engage help from Kelowna. Living Spaces has worked with many distance clients through BC’s Interior & north to Alaska.

Services include pre-construction design consultation & decor planning from the framing stage to completion of the Living Spaces. Implementing an adequate Lighting Plan at the framing stage or before reduces problems to deal with later. The same is true of course for all aspects of home design.

Complete Interior Design

The full-on interior plan consultation begins ideally before building start, but may be engaged at any point. Better late than never! Consultation can take several different forms. The prudent client knows the benefit of retaining a professional planner who will see the end from the beginning, retaining consistent, qualified knowledge & advice.

1) Initial Consultation - general evaluation considers the scope of a project & makes general recommendations regarding space planning, lighting, furniture arrangement, colour, etc.

2) Specific Recommendation re: color, materials, specific placements, etc. follow the initial scoping.

3) Sourcing Supply Outfitting Installation Arrangement Your Living Spaces Designer oversees & sources out all required Interior Design elements pertinent to the Design Evaluation made, Supplies & Arranges the Interior.

Complete Color Plan The Color Consultation is extended into the gathering of materials for the project.

Colour Board Presentations Usually required by architects, building contractors & presentation offices.

Space Planning & Furniture Plans Floor plan & possible elevation arrangement of traffic ways, placement of furniture, cabinetry, fixtures, etc.

Furnishings Arrangements The actual final placement of new or existing furniture, art & accessories from floor plan or not.

Real Estate Home Staging The arrangement of existing furnishings with possibly a few new pieces for the purpose of resale.

Redesign The refreshment of your existing furnishings for a new look or special occasion.
