Midlife Women are Designing Women, Creating New Lives The transition of menopause creates the opening to heal one's life, as well as redesign and redirect it.
There is no question that there are adjustments required to improve the quality of life and health. Increased awareness, support and helpful information makes the transition more manageable.
Midlife women design new lives, developing wise lifestyle. It is a time to call deeply into our own inner wisdom to our creativity, purpose and wisdom. For some the transition is a lonely journey. By joining our strengths we create a supportive caring common network. Meditation is an easily learned and most beneficial practice. It is a method of accessing your inner life and nurturing it to better support quality experience. A longing for joining,support and understanding is at our core while finding the new life of this process. It is wise to join the mothers grandmothers and sisters travelling this path, seeking the advice and wisdom of the wise those who have gone before us. Developing creatively, midlife women design a positive focus during to what is for some an otherwise difficult passage.
