There are Several Levels of Pricing According to Project

Initial Telephone Evaluation & Estimate - FREE - begins the process of evaluating your needs & cost guidelines.

Home Staging Consultation $250 - the beginning process of staging your home for sale. A comprehensive analysis & report of the interior & exterior of the home may take 3 hours or more. It is assumed that the homeowner then carries out the recommendations. The cost is waived when booking full staging service.

HOME STAGING - Depending on the rooms to be staged,this may take a few hours to a full day, as well as planning & sourcing. Staging is the adjustment/rearrangement of your home to get it sale-ready.

YOUR BEST DEAL is to combine the full day with the consultation report

STAGING ENHANCEMENT If additional articles are required, more time & expense may be incurred.

REDESIGN / REDECORATING - The same process as Staging, but for your own use & enjoyment, using the things you love around you.

INITIAL INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION $250 includes initial 1 hour consultation, assessment & resulting disclosure recommendations. This is the project overview report. Detailed consultations and extended work would follow, depending on the project.

PAY FOR 4 DAYS & GET 5! 20% savings on the hourly rate. This service does it all for you. Complete decor plan, sourcing & supplying all interior furnishings, & professional arrangement. Cost of furnishings, deliveries & specialized services are billed separately & in addition to services. GST applies to all services.
